How To Use The Program
Choosing the option handbook will provide you with a page of supporting text for 4 subjects: pharmacology of neuromuscular transmission, method, conclusion and clinical methods.
The experiments menu gives you a page of text describing the experiment (info).
There are also some questions to be answered; either in your written report (task) or a short series of interactive questions to be answered immediately.
Clicking the play button at any time will cause the corresponding experiment trace to appear on the screen.
For each experiment (except Phase II) you will be presented with data traces for both a competitive (non-depolarizing) blocker (tubocurarine) and a depolarizing blocker (decamethonium).
If you are unfamiliar with the program you should experiment with the controls to get used to them. YOU CANNOT DO ANY DAMAGE!
