Instructions

Before carrying out any experiments numbered 1-16 you should examine the effects of different saline doses as this will be used to wash any drug applied. Select the option "Saline effects" and perform this control now.

• Except where indicated in the experimental schedule, drugs are administered in sequence to the same rat. Time of administration is indicated by an arrow on each trace.
• Use the navigation buttons at the top right of the page to display each chart in turn.
• Make measurements as appropriate using the chart rollovers.
